Unifore Real Estate sells two single tenant buildings from the Rembrandt Portfolio
May 03, 2022Unifore Real Estate sells two single tenant buildings in Almelo and Schiedam. Both buildings are part of the Rembrandt Portfolio. Almelo, approx. 10,500 m2 LFA houses the tax authorities (Belastingdienst) and Schiedam, approx. 8,900 m2 LFA, SBM Offshore.
The Rembrandt Portfolio consisted of 11 buildings in September 2018, after the sale of the above mentioned buildings, the portfolio still consists of 4 buildings, 3 single-tenant in Amersfoort, Zwolle and Heerlen and 1 multi-tenant building in Capelle a/d IJssel (www.riversideoffices.nl).
