Unifore Real Estate sells Praxis Amsterdam to Urban Industrial
June 21, 2021Unifore, together with a group of investors from The Hague, has sold her retail park at Luvernes 1 in Amsterdam Westpoort to Urban Industrial, an investor in industrial halls in the Netherlands. The property is fully let to Praxis and consists of a DIY store with a garden center of approximately 15,500 m². The property is located on a plot of more than 3 hectares, which is quite unique for this location. Partly in view of the excellent location, this purchase fits good within Urban Industrial’s long-term strategy.
