Unifore Real Estate has sold the property located at Hannoverstraat 2 in Deventer to Malcon Beheer B.V. The sale includes a Gamma DIY store and a former garden centre which, until recently, was used as a GGD test location.

It concerns a lot of 20,935 m² and is located at the Runshoppingscenter De Snipperling with neighbouring shops such as Leenbakker, JYSK, Kwantum, BCC, BasicFit and Profile Riesewijk. Furthermore, plenty of parking facilities are available and the location has good accessibility to the city center of Deventer, Bathmen, Twello and the surrounding area.
