Unifore welcomes new tenant in Riverside Offices in Capelle aan den IJssel

We are pleased to announce that Riverside Offices in Capelle aan den IJssel has secured a new tenant, Contargo Waterway Logistics B.V., who will lease a spacious 3,000 sqm LFA (lettable floor area) at the river Maas. The lease agreement, signed for a long period, marks a significant milestone for the building.

Maatschap PKF Wallast, already a tenant in the building expanded their lease with approx. 1,000 sqm. Current and new contract have been signed for a long period.

Since the acquisition of the Rembrandt portfolio (2018), over 8,500 sqm LFA of office space has been leased to 9 different tenants in Riverside Offices. Which result in an occupancy rate of 97% with and a WALT of 7 years.

Riverside Offices is an office complex consisting of 2 characteristic buildings (including 2 pavilions) at the business park Rivium, located on the banks of the Maas.
