Unifore sells Riverside Offices in Capelle aan den IJssel

Unifore Real Estate B.V. and Signal have sold office complex Riverside Offices in Capelle aan den IJssel to Meerdervoort Group.

The complex, located Rivium Promenade 62-124, consists of the office buildings Riverside I and Riverside II, as well as 2 associated pavilions of a total of 13,111 sq.m. of office space and 348 parking spaces.

The sale follows to Unifore’s successfully active asset management strategy in which Riverside has been transformed into an attractive multi-tenant office complex with a recently achieved occupancy rate of nearly 100%.

In September 2018 joint venture partners Unifore and Signal purchased the Riverside complex as part of the Rembrandt portfolio, consisting of a total of 11 buildings. With the sale of Riverside, they have successfully sold the last building in this portfolio.
