Unifore sells 3 office buildings

Unifore Real Estate B.V. has sold 3 office buildings from the Rembrandt portfolio on behalf of one of its joint ventures with a British investment manager. Buyer is a joint venture between M-Tower Holdings Ltd and Adam Europe Real Estate.

The office buildings comprise a total of approximately 25,000m2 LFA and are leased on a long-term basis to predominantly government-related parties. It concerns the buildings:

• Saturn 1 in Amersfoort
• Dr van Deenweg 1 in Zwolle
• Geerstraat 121 in Heerlen

The Rembrandt Portfolio was purchased by Unifore in September 2018 and consisted of 11 office buildings. After the sale of the above-mentioned properties, there is only 1 multi-tenant office building left, located in Capelle aan den IJssel (www.riversideoffices.nl).
