Unifore asset manager of Weena 455-457 in Rotterdam

Unifore Real Estate B.V. has entered into an agreement to become the Asset Manager of Weena 455-457 Rotterdam, currently in use as the HQ of Unilever & TIO college.

The ambition is to reposition this landmark building of about 25,000 SQM in the coming 18 months into a futureproof CBD office property. Contracted architects HofmanDujardin and V8 Architects.

The envisaged repositioning will include a new designed entrance, ground floor, refitted office floors and a new outside terrace. In addition, it will also cover a clear ESG upgrade, including full control on energy consumption, on the pathway to Paris Proof.

Also the parking garage will be fully renovated with a new parking management system to activate public parking.
