In addition to Rabobank, as per April 2017 new lease agreements have been concluded with Zelfstroom, Evolvere, Crossknowledge, Searchlite en Blacktrace. Furthermore, existing tenant Hevo elected to move internally and has signed a new lease agreement for the 8th floor.
Currently, about 5,250 sqm has been leased out, while about 2,081 sqm office space is still available. The vacant space is located on the 9th and 10th floor as well as part of the ground floor. Also 39 parking spaces are available.
End 2014, the building, in the heart of the Paleiskwartier next to the main railway station of Den Bosch, was purchased as part of a larger portfolio by a JV of Bayside Capital and Unifore. Upon acquisition the building was fully let to Van Lanschot that had announced to vacate its space by April 2017.
Unifore acts as assetmanager on behalf of the JV. The new lease transactions were initiated and concluded in close cooperation with the local partner Tholen Real Estate.
RIVA is currently in the process of a complete refurbishment. The vacant floors and entrance will be upgraded. In addition, focus will be given to further improvement of its sustainability. In addition to the current energy label A, the building will be granted a BREAAM very good label.
