11 BREEAM certificates for Hawk portfolio
March 21, 2023Unifore Real Estate recently received 11 BREEAM certificates for its Hawk portfolio, which was purchased just over a year ago. Eight of all certificates are BREEAM-Excellent. A special milestone for both Unifore and CFP Green Buildings.
Erik Dijkema: ‘With the achievement of BREEAM certification, the Hawk portfolio has created a starting point for the further roll-out of the sustainability ambitions in this portfolio. Unifore will now further focus on making the buildings SFDR-compliant, including realizing a concrete spot on the road to Paris Proof’.
The 11 office buildings in the Hawk portfolio are located in The Hague, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Hoofddorp and Diemen.
