Jeroen van Spaendonck Managing Partner

Jeroen has 25 years of experience in the real estate business. He started his career with DTZ Zadelhoff (Cushman & Wakefield) and headed the agency team for the greater Amsterdam area. In 1999 he became a senior partner with Colliers International where he was responsible for the expansion of the Colliers organization in the Netherlands. After that, in 2006, he moved to Fortress Participations and, as a member of the board, he was responsible for the investment portfolio of 600 million euros.
