Unifore acquires three shopping centers
October 20, 2020Unifore has acquired 3 shopping centers on behalf of one of its clients. The transaction relates to Corio Center in Heerlen, Belcour in Zeist and Meubelplein in Leiderdorp. The three shopping centers have a gross floor area in excess of 40,000 square meters and are occupied by more than 60 tenants. Through this acquisition Unifore increases its footprint in retail related real estate. Property management for the three shopping centers will be performed by Colliers.
